Overview
Sahel aggregates services from many Kuwaiti ministries - MOI, MOH, PAM, PACI, MOCI - into a single signed-in app, removing the need to juggle separate portals for most day-to-day transactions.
Most residents now run residence renewal, daftar renewal, MOI fines payment, health insurance fees, and Good Conduct Certificates entirely through Sahel.

How to access
1. Download Sahel
Install Sahel from the App Store or Google Play and register with your Civil ID number.
2. Verify identity
Sign in with your PACI / Kuwait Mobile ID credentials to verify your identity.

Choose the ministry or service, follow the in-app flow, and pay any fees by KNET.
