Amer Service Centres

Dubai's network of approved service centres for residency, visas, and Emirates ID.

Overview

Amer is a network of government-approved service centres in Dubai that submit residency and visa applications on behalf of residents, sponsors, and businesses. They sit between the customer and GDRFA-Dubai, ICP, and other Dubai authorities.

Amer centres are useful when an online application keeps failing on document checks, when you need translation and submission in a single trip, or when a sponsor (employer or family member) wants to outsource processing entirely. Amer also runs a phone helpline (8005111) and an app for tracking applications.

Services offered

  • Visa applications
  • Emirates ID typing
  • Entry permits
  • Status changes
