How to access
1. Register
Visit paci.gov.kw or download Kuwait Mobile ID and register with your Civil ID number and a Kuwait mobile number.
2. Verify
Complete OTP verification and, if required for digital ID, a one-time activation at a PACI centre.
3. Use
Sign in to renew Civil ID, check status, update address, and authenticate to other government portals.
